Job Summary
Outpatient Primary Care Provider (MD/DO) to join Bristol Health Medical Group. Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home integration, collaboration with specialists, and a 5-day work week with shared call coverage. Fully integrated EMR with dedicated IT support. Required Qualifications
