Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP-C/FNP or PA-C) in Berea, Ohio. Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assess and diagnose a wide range of conditions, manage a broad patient panel in outpatient care, and perform in-scope procedures. Collaborate closely with ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties to ensure continuity and coordinated care. Utilize E-ClinicalWorks for documentation, deliver emergency/urgent interventions when necessary, and educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes. Requires state licensure as NP-C/FNP or PA-C in Ohio, experience in primary care, strong communication and empathy, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning. Required Qualifications
- Licensed NP-C/FNP or PA-C in the state of Ohio
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
- Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
- Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and high-quality care
