Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (NP-C/FNP or PA-C) to deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions, providing primary care support across multiple specialties, performing in-scope procedures, collaborating with ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties for continuity of care, utilizing E-ClinicalWorks for documentation, providing emergency and urgent interventions when necessary, and educating patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Ohio as NP-C/FNP or PA-C
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
- Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
- Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
- Strong communication and empathy skills
