Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse Veteran population within a multidisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. Manage both chronic and acute medical conditions while enjoying a balanced schedule with no inpatient duties. This full-time position serves America's Veterans at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, offering a starting annual salary between $250,000 and $315,000. Eligible candidates may also access the Education Debt Reduction Program, up to $15,000 in performance-based pay, and comprehensive federal benefits including malpractice coverage and retirement plans.
