Primary Care Physicians

Conduct primary care for family practice and internal medicine patients across Grants Pass, Medford, and Ashland, Oregon. Deliver patient-centered care within a comprehensive health system serving 600,000 residents, supported by sophisticated technology and three hospitals. Work a flexible schedule of either four 10-hour days (8 clinical hours and 2 hours for charts) or five 8-hour days. No call or inpatient work is required. Earn a base salary of $255,000 in Year 1 with performance incentives up to $40,000 thereafter, plus a $60,000 signing bonus and up to $100,000 in student loan forgiveness with a 5-year commitment. Enjoy 240 hours of authorized time off and an annual CME allowance of up to $15,000.
