Job Summary
Primary care physicians join Summa Health Medical Group in a large, employed, multi-specialty setting across Northeast Ohio. The role emphasizes team-based care, supported by experienced clinical teams, efficient workflows, Epic EMR with ambient listening technology to reduce documentation burden, flexible scheduling for work-life balance, a strong referral network, and opportunities to participate in medical student and resident education. Compensation includes a competitive guaranteed salary, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, PTO, and incentives up to $150,000 which may include signing bonus, education loan repayment, relocation assistance, and retention bonus. Multiple locations available in Northeast Ohio with equal opportunity employer commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical licensure in good standing in Ohio or eligible for Ohio medical license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Active or eligible for privileges at affiliated hospitals
