Job Summary
Conduct full-time or part-time primary care services as a BC/BE Family Medicine, Pediatric, or Internal Medicine physician across Contra Costa County locations including Antioch, Concord, and Martinez. Deliver equitable health care to ethnically and culturally diverse populations with robust clinical support from engaged nursing staff, a dedicated home health team, and a 1:1 medical assistant assignment. Participate in resident teaching with the nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program while utilizing the integrated EPIC medical record system for care delivery. Flexible scheduling offers full- and part-time positions with no required weekends or call, alongside 4 hours of weekly paid administrative time.

- BC/BE Family Medicine, Pediatric or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician
- Full-time or part-time employment status
