Job Summary
Conduct full-time or part-time primary care services as a BC/BE Family Medicine, Pediatric, or Internal Medicine physician across Contra Costa County locations including Antioch, Concord, Martinez, and Richmond. Deliver equitable, high-quality health care to ethnically and culturally diverse populations within integrated specialty and public hospital settings. Engage in resident teaching with the nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program while utilizing the EPIC medical record system for integrated care delivery. Work within a motivated practitioner group fostering an environment of belonging and well-being, supported by robust clinical staff including 1:1 medical assistants and a dedicated home health team. No required weekends or call.

- BC/BE Family Medicine, Pediatric or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians
- Full-time or part-time employment status
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
