Job Summary

Conduct full-time or part-time primary care services as a BC/BE Family Medicine, Pediatric, or Internal Medicine physician across Contra Costa County locations including Antioch, Concord, and Martinez. Deliver equitable, innovative community medicine with robust clinical support from engaged nursing staff, a dedicated home health team, and a 1:1 medical assistant assignment. Participate in resident teaching with the nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program while utilizing the integrated EPIC medical record system. No required weekends or call. Annual salary ranges from $261,435 to $298,153 with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits including vacation, paid CME, and loan repayment opportunities.
