Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for chronic and episodic disorders by reviewing clinical history, performing physical examinations, and diagnosing and treating patients. Maintain your own patient panel while sharing call coverage with the clinic team. Collaborate with designated MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, and pharmacy support for medication management and care gap closure. Provide dedicated support for transgender care, newborn/peds, and diabetic education. Work in a 100% outpatient clinical practice with Epic/EHR support and dedicated nurse care management.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
