Job Summary
Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians needed to join a team-based primary care practice in Stockbridge, GA. The role supports care across all ages in outpatient settings with telehealth capabilities (EMR-enabled, virtual scribe via Suki) and cross-trained care-management teams. The position emphasizes value-based care, leadership opportunities, work-life balance, and active participation in quarterly leadership connects and town halls. Requirements include board certification/eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, 2+ years of outpatient experience (preferred), active or eligible medical license, DEA enrollment, BLS/ACLS certification, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (preferred)
- Current, unrestricted State medical license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration active or eligible
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
- Ability to participate in telehealth and in-person care as part of a team-based primary care model
- Comfort with hospital/clinical leadership collaboration and participation in practice meetings and leadership engagements
