Primary Care Physician

Primary Care Physician (Board-Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine) sought to join our team-based primary care practice in Stockbridge, GA. The physician will serve patients of all ages across traditional practice settings, patient homes, and virtual platforms, leveraging value-based care principles. Responsibilities include outpatient care with a robust clinical and operations framework, collaboration with physician leaders and cross-trained care-management teams (pharmacists and social workers embedded in clinics and virtually), use of an optimized EMR with telehealth capability and a virtual scribe (Suki) to reduce administrative burden, participation in leadership and town-hall meetings, and ongoing focus on communication to foster clarity and strong collegial relationships. Qualifications include board certification/eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; 2+ years outpatient experience preferred; current/unrestricted state license or eligible for licensure; BLS or ACLS certification; DEA registration eligibility; Medicare/Medicaid enrollment eligibility; and comfort with the EMR system.
