Primary Care Physician

Board-certified/eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians are sought to join a team-based primary care practice in Stockbridge, GA. The role emphasizes outpatient care for patients of all ages, with support from cross-trained care management and population health teams, embedded pharmacists and social workers, and full telehealth capabilities including a virtual scribe via Suki to reduce administrative burden. Candidates should have a current, unrestricted state license (or be eligible), BLS or ACLS certification, DEA registration eligibility, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility, and proficiency with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
