Primary Care Physician – VA Outpatient Clinic

Provide primary care services to Department of Veterans Affairs beneficiaries, evaluating and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, minor wounds, and common illnesses. Follow established medication and clinical policies while accurately documenting patient care and selecting appropriate E&M procedure codes in the EHR. Communicate test results in accordance with VHA requirements, complete quality management documentation, and participate in quality improvement and staff meetings. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes while adhering to patient safety and infection control standards. This onsite contract position in Hyannis, Massachusetts requires scheduled tours of duty and 1+ year of primary care experience with valid DEA certification and NPI.
