Primary Care Physician - VA Healthcare | Littleton NH & Newport VT

Evaluate and treat acute and chronic health problems for scheduled and unscheduled patients in clinic and telemedicine settings. Perform histories and physical exams, prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests with initial interpretation, and provide comprehensive documentation including medication lists and care disposition. Coordinate care for assigned outpatient panels, screen for hospitalization needs, and manage nurse practitioners and physician assistants as the supervising physician. Serve as a preceptor for residents, provide patient education, and utilize VHA data sets to manage high-risk populations. Adhere to strict privacy regulations, maintain patient confidentiality, and communicate clinical findings through the Computerized Patient Record System.
