Job Summary
Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients per day with a focus on individual patient care across Phoenix 32nd Street, Southwest, Scottsdale, and Surprise clinics. Work Monday through Friday in 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Required Qualifications
