Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for 12-20 patients daily at Alexandria VA Health Care Network locations in Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA. Deliver personalized health plans and foster healing relationships within a whole health system approach. Work standard M-F shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm with no call rotation. Access protected administrative time and clinical support from pharmacists and psychologists. Eligible for telehealth visits only; on-station remote care required.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Current full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
- Living and working in Central Louisiana
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
