Job Summary
Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients daily with a focus on individual care across Phoenix 32nd Street, Southwest, Scottsdale, and Surprise clinics. Work Monday through Friday in flexible 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts without nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Required Qualifications
- board-eligible/board-certified (BE/BC) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians
