Primary Care Physician

Manage a patient panel of 8 to 18 patients daily, focusing on individual care within the Phoenix VA Health Care System's Primary Care team. Work Monday through Friday in flexible 5/8-hour or 4/10-hour shifts across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Surprise clinics. Enjoy no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties. Receive competitive pay based on training and experience, an annual performance bonus up to $15,000, and guaranteed salary increases. Utilize 50–55 days of PTO, 26 days of paid vacation, and 13 days of paid sick time. Board certification is required for eligibility for 5 days of paid CME leave.
