Job Summary
Develop meaningful patient relationships through same-day in-office or telehealth appointments while managing preventative care and integrated population health. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver proactive care management and embrace active community engagement. Provide academic support by mentoring Tufts Medical Center Internal Medicine residents via a Community Primary Care elective. The role offers a guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives, a 401A retirement plan, and CME funds. Located at 1690 Crown Colony Drive, Quincy, MA, this position is ideal for physicians finishing training or advancing their careers within a physician-led organization.
Required Qualifications
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
