Job Summary
Develop meaningful relationships with patients through same-day in-office or telehealth appointments while managing preventative medicine and integrated population health. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and utilize on-site behavioral health support to deliver comprehensive care. Embrace active community engagement by leveraging academic and community care strengths to promote health and prevent disease. This role offers a guaranteed base salary plus performance incentives, a substantive 401A retirement plan, and CME funds. Tufts Medical Center Primary Care is a physician-led organization dedicated to healing, comforting, and teaching, serving as the principal teaching affiliate for Tufts University School of Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
