Job Summary
Review clinical history, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders as the primary outpatient care provider. Maintain your own patient panel while sharing call coverage for the clinic and collaborate with a team of providers including MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, and pharmacists. Manage medication support and care gap closure with dedicated clinical staff. This role offers a $274k to $305k annual salary with a two-year guarantee and flexible scheduling from 0.60 to 1.00 FTE. Located in Clark County, Washington, the position includes a $3,500 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance, and loan repayment opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
