Job Summary
Primary Care Physician needed for a well-established, physician-led value-based practice in Jacksonville, FL. Join a group of 50+ providers across 5 clinics with in-house labs, imaging, and Athena EMR. Schedule is five days per week (Monday–Friday) with no evenings or weekends; anticipated patient panel is diverse with 18–21 patients per day. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventive and chronic care management in a supportive environment; benefits include relocation assistance, signing bonus, PTO, CME, and health/dental/vision insurance. Requires BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, and FL medical license or eligibility; bilingual Spanish a plus. Production incentives up to 25% of base, with guaranteed base salary up to $270k and potential total earnings in the low-$300Ks. Institution emphasizes patient-centered care, Medicare Advantage experience, and a strong community presence in Jacksonville.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- FL state medical license, or eligible
- Managed Care (Medicare Advantage) experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency a plus!
