Job Summary
Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, physician-led, value-based practice in Florida. Join collaborative teams supporting adults and geriatric patients with preventative and chronic care management. Full service with in-house labs, diagnostic testing, and imaging; Athena EMR. 5-day schedule (Mon-Fri), no evenings or weekends; call shared by providers. Expect ~18-21 patients per day. BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine; Medicare Advantage experience; FL license or eligible; bilingual Spanish a plus. Relocation assistance; signing bonus; base salary up to $270k with production incentives up to 25% of base; potential total earnings in the low $300Ks; comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME, health/dental/vision, 401k with 4% match, malpractice coverage, and life insurance. Location on Florida’s Gulf Coast in Pinellas County (Saint Petersburg area).
Required Qualifications
- BE/BC
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Florida state medical license, or eligible
- Managed Care (Medicare Advantage) experience
