Job Summary
Provide primary care to a patient panel with a mix of in-office, testing centers, and occasional telehealth visits; participate in weekly clinical rounds, collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, supervise NP/PA colleagues, and pursue additional state licensure as needed. Requires Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with plan to certify within 1 year), California state licensure, and at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care. Full-time role based in San Francisco, with relocation assistance potentially available. Base salary $308,700–$328,000 plus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before start date
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
