Primary Care Physician (Spear Street) - Sign-On Bonus Available

Manage a patient panel with broad patient needs; perform acute, chronic, and well visits in in-office or testing centers with occasional tele-health; participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures; supervise NP/PA colleagues; obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states; active residency in Internal or Family Medicine, board certification or board eligibility with plans to obtain certification within 1 year, and California licensure prior to start; full-time role based in Spear Street San Francisco, CA; base salary $308,700-$328,000 plus incentives and benefits; relocation assistance may be available; comprehensive benefits including 401K, CME, Life/Disability insurance, PTO, and more.
