Job Summary
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits; treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as tele-health visits; ongoing collaboration with in-office and virtual teams; supervision of NP/PA colleagues; opportunities to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care; commitment to human-centered primary care and effective use of technology; location and start date based in San Francisco, CA with potential relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine OR Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
- State medical license in California obtained before start date
- Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- 2 of the last 5 years of outpatient primary care experience
