Job Summary
Review clinical history, perform physical examinations, and diagnose and treat both chronic and episodic disorders for your panel of patients. Maintain your own patient roster while sharing call coverage with the clinic team. Collaborate with designated MAs, panel coordinators, social workers, RN case managers, and a dedicated pharmacist to manage medication, INR support, and diabetic education. Provide care in 100% outpatient settings with full Epic/EHR support and dedicated nurse care management. Work flexible schedules ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 FTE, with opportunities to work three to four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Graduate of a four-year medical school or equivalent and completed internal or family medicine residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
- Current Oregon state medical license
- DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
