Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and family populations, including routine physicals, preventive screenings, wellness visits, and management of chronic and acute conditions. Diagnose medical issues, coordinate specialist care, and document efficiently within the EMR while utilizing evidence-based guidelines. Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and population health activities to support a culture of compassion and accessibility. Work closely with nurses, care coordinators, and APPs in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Fresh graduates and early-career physicians are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Washington state medical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Commitment to team-based care
