Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions within an innovative care model that includes platelet-rich plasma therapy, aesthetics, and preventive services. Deliver evidence-based primary care alongside customized lifestyle and nutritional guidance while managing long-term patient relationships based on trust and empathy. Utilize state-of-the-art technology including EPIC EHR and AI Scribe to support efficient, patient-centered care for adults in a collaborative setting. Work full-time at the second Natomas location serving over 100,000 patients across Placer, Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo counties.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Must be a 100% full time
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A commitment to building long-term patient relationships based on trust and empathy
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and wellness-focused
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in primary care and chronic disease management preferred
