Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions while collaborating with nursing staff and support teams. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and contribute to practice growth during our expansion phase. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a valid IL medical license. Full-time, 1.0 FTE position with a pay range of $261,000 - $383,000. Required Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
- Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
