Job Summary
Primary Care Physician needed to provide value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations across neighborhood primary care centers. Role supported by a care team (scribe, MA, social worker) with on-site labs and access to RubiconMD. EMR systems include Canopy and Greenway. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with 13–16 patients per day; visits are 20 minutes regular and 40 minutes for new/diagnostic visits. Compensation base $230K-$250K plus performance bonus based on quality metrics; benefits include 6 weeks PTO (plus holidays/CME), health/dental/vision, 401K with company match, malpractice insurance, relocation on a case-by-case basis, and a flexible sign-on option. Role emphasizes value-based care and preventive medicine within a team-focused clinical model.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
- No Residents
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred, not required)
