Job Summary
Outpatient primary care physician position in Virginia Beach with a physician-led, relationship-driven, value-based care model. Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, dedicated clinical care team, and an emphasis on achievable work-life balance. Practice areas include preventive care and management of chronic conditions for a senior patient population, with an average of ~18 patients per day and a small patient panel (~450 patients). Competitive compensation: $250k–$270k base plus annual bonus up to 10% and sign-on up to $50k, plus a partnership track with no buy-in and expected partnership within 12–18 months.
