Job Summary
Provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards while maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records. Collaborate daily with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care across clinics in Shreveport and Bossier City. This zero-hour contracted role requires an MD or DO with board certification and an active, unrestricted license, including screening for TB upon selection. Schedule weekly hours are determined by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification
- Active, unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Active DEA license
- Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers
- Ability to obtain DEA license and Medicaid and Medicare numbers
- Ability to screen for TB
