Job Summary
Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, handling acute and chronic care needs while providing counseling and education on health maintenance and disease prevention. Solve problems and answer questions for patients, developing a high-functioning care team where everyone works at the top of their license. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and nurses in person or via video to ensure the best patient outcomes, and perform minor outpatient procedures per policy. Complete timely documentation and provide after-hours care support as part of the on-call program. Currently licensed in Washington with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds is required, along with unrestricted DEA and NPI authority. National Plus salary range of $214,500 to $386,100 applies to this role in Renton, Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Ability to be credentialed under Medicare
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care
- Proficient in use of the EMR
