Job Summary
Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, addressing acute and chronic care needs while providing counseling and education on health maintenance and disease prevention. Develop a high-functioning care team where clinicians work at the top of their license, and collaborate with specialists, pharmacists, and nurses in person or via video to serve patient interests. Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with policy and complete timely, accurate documentation. Provide after-hours care support as part of the on-call program. This role requires a Washington license in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, with a National Plus salary range of $214,500 to $386,100.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
- Ability to be credentialed under Medicare
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care
- Proficient in use of the EMR
