Job Summary
Primary Care Physician in post-acute care setting in Pueblo, CO. Provide primary and preventive care to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities with autonomy to manage patient care. See ~16 patients per day; collaborate with nursing staff and facility administration; work with a network of community primary care physicians. Position offers a great base salary plus bonus, full benefits (malpractice, 20 days PTO, 401(k)), mileage reimbursement, and potential for unlimited earnings. Group is open to H1B candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine trained physicians.
