Job Summary
Diagnose and treat medical conditions, provide preventive care, and manage acute and chronic illnesses within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Conduct health risk assessments, coordinate care with specialists, and supervise medical students and residents during clinical rotations. Maintain accurate medical documentation, comply with regulatory requirements, and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. This role supports population health management and utilizes telehealth and electronic communications to deliver patient-centered care across Queen's Primary Care Health Centers. Base salary begins at $278,266/year with productivity incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Hawaiʻi
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Membership in good standing with The Queen's Medical Center Medical Staff with appropriate privileges throughout employment
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
