Provide outpatient primary care services across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Manage patient care within a value-based model featuring extended support from mid-levels, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Deliver correctional medicine services at Allegheny County Jail. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and secure DEA and CPR certifications prior to employment.
