Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Braddock, Squirrel Hill, and Downtown, as well as Westmoreland County and correctional medicine at Allegheny County Jail. Deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes, preventative services, and long-term wellness while utilizing extended support teams comprising mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, and required DEA and CPR certifications. Required Qualifications
