Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients in Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Braddock, North Versailles, and Downtown. Manage care across Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, and specific districts like Squirrel Hill and Grove City. Provide medical services at the Allegheny County Jail correctional facility. Deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes, preventative measures, and long-term wellness. Access extended care teams including mid-level support, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, and required DEA and CPR certifications. Required Qualifications
