Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services to patients across Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown Pittsburgh, and various other local areas. Manage care for family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists within a value-based model emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness. Coordinate with extended care teams including mid-level support, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Deliver correctional medicine services at the Allegheny County Jail. Maintain board eligibility or certification and hold a valid Pennsylvania license, DEA registration, and CPR certification. Join a blended healthcare organization supporting over 3,000 physicians across 14 hospitals and 250 facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
- DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
