Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services across diverse Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Deliver medical care for family physicians, geriatricians, and general internists within a value-based model emphasizing preventative care and long-term wellness. Support patients through extended care teams comprising mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and registered dietitians. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail as needed. Requires board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified.
