Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care services across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill, while managing correctional medicine at the Allegheny County Jail. Deliver preventative care and quality outcomes under a value-based model supported by extended care teams comprising mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Maintain board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, and required DEA and CPR certifications.
