Job Summary
Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown, and Squirrel Hill. Deliver care within a value-based model emphasizing preventative services and long-term wellness, supported by extended care teams comprising mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Manage correctional medicine duties at the Allegheny County Jail. Requires board eligibility, Pennsylvania licensure, DEA, and CPR certification.
