Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Braddock, Squirrel Hill, and Downtown, as well as Westmoreland County and Correctional Medicine at Allegheny County Jail. Deliver preventative care and quality outcomes within a value-based model supported by extended care teams comprising mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and dietitians. Maintain board eligibility and Pennsylvania licensure while managing on-call rotations and clinical duties. Required Qualifications
- Must be board eligible/certified
