Job Summary
Provide outpatient primary care to patients across Eastern Neighborhoods, Westmoreland County, Downtown Pittsburgh, and various Allegheny Valley locations. Manage correctional medicine duties at Allegheny County Jail. Deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes, preventative measures, and long-term wellness while utilizing extended support teams including mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Maintain board eligibility or certification, hold a Pennsylvania license, and ensure DEA and CPR certification prior to employment.
