Primary Care Physician – Pittsburgh

Conduct outpatient primary care for patients across Pittsburgh neighborhoods including Braddock, North Versailles, Monroeville, and Westmoreland County. Manage cases within a value-based care model emphasizing quality outcomes, preventative care, and long-term wellness. Utilize extended care team support from mid-level providers, behavioral health consultants, social workers, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Serve diverse populations in locations ranging from Downtown Pittsburgh to Correctional Medicine at Allegheny County Jail. Board eligible or certified physicians must hold a Pennsylvania license, DEA, and CPR certification prior to employment.
