Job Summary
Primary Care Physician needed in Rhode Island for a physician-owned group seeking MDs or DOs to manage adult patient panels in a collaborative, autonomous environment focused on high-quality outcomes and value-based care. Positions are available in Coventry, Cumberland, East Greenwich, East Providence, North Kingstown, Westerly, and Wakefield with physician-led, interdisciplinary teams, competitive benefits (health/dental/vision, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with employer participation, life and disability insurance, FSA, generous PTO), relocation assistance, and both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Active U.S. medical license
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology, Palliative Care, or Home Care
- Strong background in adult primary care and chronic disease management
- Interest or experience in value-based care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
