Job Summary
Manage a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Federally Qualified Health Center, diagnosing conditions, providing treatment plans, and overseeing clinical work of students or new providers. Collaborate with advance practice providers and on-site support staff to deliver preventative health and quality patient care, while participating in chart reviews and managing referrals. Mentor mentees by facilitating educational sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance their clinical skills and professional behavior, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate Degree (MD, DO)
- Active/Valid license as a MD or DO in New York State, DEA, Board certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) (preferred)
